For 4 people:
500g pasta (penne or farfalle)
4 tomatoes (or 250g cherry tomatoes)
1/2 bunch of basil
2 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grinded)
1 clove of garlic
2cl balsamic vinegar
4cl good olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper
1. Boil 2 l water and cook the pasta until its aldente. Let it cool down while preparing the other ingredients.
2. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella in cubes (1 cm or in half if you use cherry tomatoes) and pick the leaves from the basil bunch. For the dressing chop the garlic and 3-4 basil leaves finely and mix it with vinegar and honey afterwards add the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper, you can also add chili if you like it spicy.
3. Put the pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil in a big bowl. Add the capers, parmesan and dressing and mix everything well before serving. Enjoy!
