Minty watermelon smoothie

For 2 glasses

1/4    watermelon
20      leaves of fresh mint (or more if you like)
1         banana
1         small piece of ginger

Puree all ingredients in a blender with 2-3 ice cubes; for a more intense color and the health benefit, I always add a pinch of curcuma to my smoothies. Enjoy!
